I'm having headache recently and it's like not a normal headache . Every time when i stand up , I'll feel like " Twinkle twinkle little stars , lol why so many stars ? " mmmm dizzy . So , daddy sent me to his friend's place to have a consultation . He said the air pressure on both of my ears weren't balance and he gave me some pills as well , the doctor asked me to take the pills on time
( But usually i did not , because i have a forgetful mind and imma lazy lazy bummmmper, huhuhuhh .. )
Daddy says i'm suffering with this sick because i sleep late and i keep washing my hair bfo i go to bed . Okay and then maybe i should sleep earlier but coughs * it will be a lil unfair to my oh boy , right hello mickey ? like lack of time hmmm . =/
Aite , maybe i should sleep earlier . Maybe i should start step by step , like now i should sleep bfo 12am . :)
One more thing , daddy keep on complaining that i should eat more , no more oh-two-spoons-riceee . Anyhow , i needa put off some weight . winks* Drink more positrium , more calcium more protein more vitamins yeay !
Sleep ? I wonder why i can't sleep earlier . Insomnia ? nuuuh . Well , i found an article and i think it's useful to me .

Depression and stress are closely related to lack of sleep . Hah , but one thing * my parents never suffer from insomnia . Just like my mum , she can go to bed at 8pm oh hell Pervert *
Do a quick check of yourself now . Have you been short-tempered with family and friends lately ? Do you have difficulty falling asleep at night , thinking of the day's events and happenings ? Do you feel drowsy in the daytime ? If so , time to settle down and reorganize yourself and your sleeping patterns . * lol . sleeping patterns ? Sleeping needs pattern ? -,-
> Don't watch scary or overly exciting shows before bed . ( btw i think all of you did this )
> Sit and meditate , or read a soothing book , before going to bed . Let your body recognize a routine , so that it knows it's time to sleep . ( hmmm .. i think this helps ! )
> In the evening , don't over eat or starve , and don't drink alcohol or caffeine drinks .
> Do only light exercise in the evenings , like walking , yoga , or simple stretching exercises .
> You could keep a sleep diary . Record down times and changes in sleep patterns .
Anyway i think we must sleep more than 6 hours , most require between 7.5 to 8 hours . * Remember , when you don't get enough sleep , your physical and emotional health will be at a disadvantaged . Sweet dreams !!
